1. ORDER AGREEMENT

By placing a custom order with Clash Sports Wear, you agree to the terms outlined herein. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Minimum order quantities apply.

2. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are agreed upon during order confirmation. A deposit is required to begin production.

3. SAMPLES & APPROVAL

Samples are produced prior to bulk manufacturing. Client approval of samples is required before bulk production begins. Sample costs may be deducted from bulk order.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Designs and artwork submitted by clients remain their intellectual property. Clash Sports Wear does not claim ownership of client-provided designs. We maintain confidentiality of all shared materials.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Lead times are estimated and communicated at order confirmation. Clash Sports Wear is not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure events.
